RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1128
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2012
BANDIT WOOD CHIPPER, MODEL 199XP FOR LEISURE
SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specification, bid document, etc. , in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2012 Bandit wood
chipper, model 199xp, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
specification, bid document, etc. , in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) 2012 Bandit wood chipper, model 199xp, which
were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2011-1123 on
December 5, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 12, 2011 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specification, bid document, etc. , in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2012 Bandit wood
chipper, model 199xp, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December 2011 .
