RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1117
RESOLUTION APPROVING ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM
AGREEMENT WITH TEJ AND TJJ, LLC, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement dated December
5, 2011, for the rehabilitation of five (5) single family units
generally located in the Church Row Neighborhood, by and between
TEJ and TJJ, LLC, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December 2011.
