RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1115
RESOLUTION APPROVING ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM
AGREEMENT WITH SKOGMAN HOMES, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement dated December
5, 2011, for the construction of new single family homes
generally located in the Hummingbird Circle area, by and between
Skogman Homes and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December 2011 .
