RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1113
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND RELEASE OF FINAL PAYMENT
AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED BY PRAIRIE
CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. , OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011 PUBLIC MARKET
WINDOW REPLACEMENT AND NEW VESTIBULES, AND
ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Prairie Construction Co. , Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa,
has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor at a total cost of $79, 290
in conjunction with the 2011 Public Market Window Replacement and
New Vestibule Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the final acceptance of Work and release of final payment be
and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of D ember 2011 .
