RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1112
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT
WITH HELPING SERVICES FOR NORTHEAST IOWA,
INC. , AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY THE CHIEF OF POLICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Subcontract Agreement dated December 5, 2011, for
performing compliance checks in an amount not to exceed $1, 800. 00
for event monitoring, in conjunction with the enforcement of
underage drinking laws, by and between the Helping Services for
Northeast Iowa, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and authorizing the Chief of Police to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December 2011 .
