RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN
RED CROSS REGARDING USE OF VETERANS MEMORIAL
HALL IN CASE OF EMERGENCY OR DISASTER.
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Memorial Hall Commission has made a
recommendation to the City Council granting the American Red
Cross permission to use Veterans Memorial Hall in cases of
emergency or disaster, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the recommendation of the Waterloo Memorial
Hall Commission allowing the American Red Cross use of Veterans
Memorial Hall, in cases of emergency or disaster, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December 2011 .
