RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1108
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011 RIVERVIEW
RECREATION AREA PASSIVE UNIT ENHANCEMENT
PHASE II PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 815 .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-1107, plans, specifications,
form of contract etc. , in conjunction with the 2011 Riverview
Recreation Area Passive Unit Enhancement Phase II Project,
Contract No. 815, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
December 5, 2011 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December 2011 .
