RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1107
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011 RIVERVIEW
RECREATION AREA PASSIVE UNIT ENHANCEMENT
PHASE II PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 815.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , in conjunction with the 2011 Riverview Recreation Area
Passive Unit Enhancement Phase II Project, Contract No. 815, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the 2011 Riverview Recreation Area Passive Unit
Enhancement Phase II Project, Contract No. 815, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2011-1077 on November
14, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 5, 2011 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the 2011 Riverview Recreation
Area Passive Unit Enhancement Phase II Project, Contract No. 815,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December 2011 .
