RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1099
RESOLUTION APPROVING REAL ESTATE SALE
CONTRACT WITH MASTERBRAND CABINETS, INC. , FOR
THE ACQUISITION OF 1001 LINDEN AVENUE AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that that the Contract dated November 21, 2011 between
MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa in the
amount of $65, 000 . 00 with up to $10, 000 . 00 in environmental and
closing costs, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St da of November 2011 .
