RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO CEDAR RAPIDS TRUCK CENTER OF CEDAR
RAPIDS IOWA IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2012 AUTOMATED SIDE-LOAD
GARBAGE TRUCK, IN THE AMOUNT OF $216, 564 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Cedar Rapids Truck Center of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, in the amount of $216, 564 . 00, in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) 2012, automated side-load garbage truck,
described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said project with Resolution No. 2011-1029, after
public hearing on November 7, 2011 on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of November 2011 .
