RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1089
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 2 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 2 dated November 21, 2011, at a
cost not to exceed $9, 500 . 00, for additional design and
construction-related services for the F.Y. 2011 Mark' s Play Park
Area and Performance Structure Project, Contract No. 7731 by and
between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of November 2011 .
