RESOLUTION APPROVING BONDS AND CERTIFICATE OF
INSURANCE WITH MCCLAIN AND COMPANY, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $63, 250. 50,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEMOLITION AND SITE
CLEARANCE SERVICES NO REGULATED ASBESTOS-
CONTAINING MATERIALS) GROUP 2 FOR THE HAZARD
MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY
ACQUISITION PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Bonds and Certificate of Insurance with McClain and
Company, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $63, 250 . 50, in
conjunction with the demolition and site clearance services (No
Regulated Asbestos-Containing Materials) Group 2, for the Hazard
Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition Project,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council in Resolution No. 2011-1033 for said project, after
public hearing on November 7, 2011 on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of November 2011.
