RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO OSDI-SPACESAVER, DES MOINES, IOWA,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
COLLECTION STORAGE FURNISHINGS, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $191, 465 . 84 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of OSDI-SpaceSaver of Des Moines, Iowa, in the
amount of $191, 465. 84, in conjunction with the purchase of
collection storage furnishings, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project with
Resolution No. 2011-802, after public hearing on August 22, 2011
on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of November 2011 .
