RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1078
RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE 2011 RIVERVIEW RECREATION AREA PASSIVE
UNIT ENHANCEMENT PHASE II PROJECT, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO AS DECEMBER 5, 2011, AT 5 : 30
P.M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WITH THE
TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 5th day of December, 2011,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
2011 Riverview Recreation Area Passive Unit Enhancement Phase II
Project, in the City of Waterloo, with the taking of bids
therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November 2011 .
