RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1077
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011 RIVERVIEW
RECREATION AREA PASSIVE UNIT ENHANCEMENT
PHASE II PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , in conjunction with the 2011 Riverview Recreation Area
Passive Unit Enhancement Phase II Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans,
specifications, etc. , in conjunction with the 2011 Riverview
Recreation Area Passive Unit Enhancement Phase II Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , in conjunction with the 2011 Riverview Recreation
Area Passive Unit Enhancement Phase II Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November 2011 .
