RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1075
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FUND TRANSFER
WHEREAS, the Hotel/Motel Discretionary Grant previously
awarded to Main Street on August 2, 2010 has a remaining balance
of $5, 000, and
WHEREAS, the Hotel/Motel Discretionary Funding Committee has
submitted a request for transfer of said unused funds to Leisure
Services, and
WHEREAS, Leisure Services determined updated banners are
needed for the interior of the Public Market.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer of unused Hotel/Motel grant funds
from Main Street, in the amount of $5, 000, be made to Leisure
Services for the purchase of interior flags for the Public
Market.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November 2011 .
