RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1074
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
ROBERT KLINGENBERG AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY DIRECTOR OF WATERLOO CENTER
FOR THE ARTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated November 14, 2011, at a cost of
$1 . 00 per month, to lease approximately 1, 100 square feet of city
owned office space, located at 1100 Sycamore Street, by and
between Robert Klingenberg (Community Partnership Apprentice
Training Program) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November 2011 .
