RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO PETERSON CONTRACTORS, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y.
2011 WATERLOO PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY, CONTRACT
NO. 810, IN THE AMOUNT OF $149, 700 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Peterson Contractors, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $149, 700 . 00, in conjunction with the F.Y.
2011 Waterloo Public Works Facility, Contract No. 810, described
in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said project with Resolution No. 2011-1069, after
public hearing on November 14, 2011 on published notice required
by law, be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th da of November 2011 .
