RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $25 . 00 FOR PARCEL
NO. 8912-19-255-007 IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessment be and the same is hereby
abated:
Parcel No. 8912-19-255-007
CITY VIEW HEIGHTS E 66 FT N 145 FT BLK 8, ALL IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
Assessment - $25. 00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November 2011 .
