RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1065
RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH
A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSULTANT
SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 2010
US 63 CITY WIDE PETROLEUM AND HAZARDOUS
MATERIAL ASSESSMENT GRANT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 21St day of November, 2011,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with a
request for proposals for consultant services for the
implementation of the 2010 US 63 City Wide Petroleum and
Hazardous Material Assessment Grant, in the City of Waterloo,
with the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of November 2011 .
