RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1064
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
CONSULTATNT SERVICES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION
OF THE 2010 US 63 CITY WIDE PETROLEUM AND
HAZARDOUS MATERIAL ASSESSMENT GRANT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development
Director of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with a request for
proposals for consultant services for the implementation of the
2010 US 63 City Wide Petroleum and Hazardous Material Assessment
Grant, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director
did file said plans, specifications, etc. , in conjunction with a
request for proposals for consultant services for the
implementation of the 2010 US 63 City Wide Petroleum and
Hazardous Material Assessment Grant .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , in conjunction with Director did file said plans,
specifications, etc. , in conjunction with a request for proposals
for consultant services for the implementation of the 2010 US 63
City Wide Petroleum and Hazardous Material Assessment Grant, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of November 2011 .
