RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1059
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO HAWKEYE ENVIRONMENTAL LLC OF
SOLON, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $4, 000 . 00 AND
APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS AND CERTIFICATE OF
INSURANCE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2011
ASBESTOS SURVEY SERVICES FOR 212, 302, 306-
308 AND 312 JEFFERSON STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the contract, bonds and certificate of insurance with
Hawkeye Environmental LLC of Solon, Iowa, in conjunction with
their bid for asbestos survey services in the amount of $4, 000 . 00,
are hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for
said work, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2011 .
