RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1056
RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH ANTHONY L. HUFF
AND CHRISTOPHER P. HUFF AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the first amendment to the original development agreement
dated January 11, 2010, for the development of a 3, 600 square
foot building located at 3450 Wagner Road, to correct the stated
assessed value for tax purposes, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2011 .
