RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1039
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL
CONTROL SERVICES WITH CEDAR BEND HUMANE
SOCIETY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement for animal control services dated November 7,
2011, at a rate of $17, 229. 50 per month for pick-up of wildlife,
plus a fee of $55 . 00 for pick-up and disposal of deceased deer,
effective November 8, 2011 to June 30, 2012, by and between the
Cedar Bend Humane Society of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2011 .
