RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1038
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AMENT,
INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA
that the agreement dated November 7, 2011, at a cost not to
exceed $18, 000 . 00, for engineering services in conjunction with
the University/US 63 Intersection Traffic Study, by and between
Ament, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2011 .
