RESOLUTION THE CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL
COMPLETION AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY PRAIRIE CONSTRUCTION CO. , INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $79, 290 . 00
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011 PUBLIC MARKET
WINDOW REPLACEMENT AND NEW VESTIBULES PROJECT
AND AUTHORIZ MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, Prairie Construction Co. , Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,
has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
certain materials and performed labor at a total cost of
$79, 290 . 00, in connection with the 2011 Public Market Window
Replacement and New Vestibule Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the certificate of substantial completion and recommendation
of acceptance be, and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2011 .
