RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1036
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COMPLETION OF
PROJECT AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE AS
TO WORK PERFORMED BY TRANS-IOWA EQUIPMENT
INC. , OF ANKENY, IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF
$585, 000. 00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE
OF CARRIER VEHICLE WITH FRONT MOUNTED SWEEPER
FOR WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, Trans-Iowa Equipment Inc. , of Ankeny, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished
equipment at a total cost of $585, 000 . 00 in conjunction with the
Carrier vehicle with front mounted sweeper for Waterloo Regional
Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the certificate of completion and recommendation of
acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the retainage for the project be hereby
released.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th November 2011 .
