RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1034
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEMOLITION AND SITE
CLEARANCE SERVICES (NO REGULATED ASBESTOS-
CONTAINING MATERIALS) FOR THE FORMER GRAND
HOTEL.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-1033, request for proposals
plans, specifications, etc. , in conjunction with the demolition
and site clearance services (no regulated asbestos-containing
materials) for the former Grand Hotel, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
public hearing on November 7, 2011 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2011 .
