RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1030
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2012 AUTOMATED SIDE-LOADER
GARBAGE TRUCK.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2011-1029, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) 2012 automated side-loader garbage truck for
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the public hearing on November 7, 2011 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and
it is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November 2011.
