RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1021
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 24, 2011,
by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at an amount not to exceed
$39, 500 . 00 for construction related work, related to the east and
West Fifth Street Parking Ramp repairs, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October 2011 .
