RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1018
RESOLUTION APPROVING THIRD AMENDMENT TO
CONTRACT WITH TITLE SERVICES CORPORATION FOR
ABSTRACTING SERVICES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Third Amendment to the original Contract dated November
1, 2009, to provide abstracting services to the City pertaining
to the City of Waterloo' s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP)
Property Acquisition Project, to extend the term of the Contract
for an additional period of six (6) months, from November 1, 2011
to April 30, 2012, by and between Title Services Corporation of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October 2011 .
