RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO
COMPRESSED AIR & EQUIPMENT OF LA PORTE CITY,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE
(1) SULLAIR 425 AIR COMPRESSOR, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $33, 246. 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Compressed Air & Equipment of La Porte City,
Iowa, in the amount of $33, 246. 00, in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) Sullair 425 air compressor, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-1002, after public hearing on
October 17, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October 2011 .
