RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1011
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)
2012 AUTOMATED SIDE-LOADER GARBAGE TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, etc. , in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2012 automated side-
loader garbage truck, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
specifications, bid document, etc. , in conjunction with the
purchase of one (1) 2012 automated side-loader garbage truck.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
etc. , in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2012 automated
side-loader garbage truck, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2011 .
