RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1003
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF A 2012 SULLAIR 425 AIR
COMPRESSOR.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-1002, specifications, bid
document, etc. , for the purchase of a 2012 Sullair 425 air
compressor, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered, on motion by this Council, that said purchase be
approved.
