RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1002
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF 2012 SULLAIR
425 AIR COMPRESSOR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, etc. in
conjunction with the purchase of a 2012 Sullair 425 air
compressor, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, etc. in conjunction
with the purchase of a 2012 Sullair 425 air compressor, and which
were approved by Resolution No. 2011-956 on September 26, 2011,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
17, 2011 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
etc. in conjunction with the purchase of a 2012 Sullair 425 air
compressor be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October 2011 .
