RESOLUTION NO. 2011-976
RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE
WITH A-LINE IRON AND METALS OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificates of Insurance dated October 3, 2011, to
provide scrap metal collection and hauling service for several
City Departments in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October 2011 .
