RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY
2011 WAATERL00 PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY,
CONTRACT NO. 810 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , in conjunction with the FY 2011 Waterloo Public
Works Facility, Contract No. 810, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said plans,
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the FY 2011 Waterloo Public Works Facility,
Contract No. 810 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the FY 2011
Waterloo Public Works Facility, Contract No. 810, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day o October 2011 .
