RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY SEAN
DUGGAN TO PURCHASE OF A 241X24' (576 SF)
DETACHED GARAGE, FROM 910 WEST SHAULIS ROAD,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $500 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request to purchase a 241x24' (576 SF) detached garage
from 910 West Shaulis Road, in the amount of $500 . 00, by and
between Sean Duggan and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October 2011 .
