RESOLUTION NO. 2011-986
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) NEW
2011 COMPACT TRACK LOADER WITH ATTACHMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Director of Safety Services has requested the
approval to purchase twelve (12) Panasonic Toughbook laptop
computer and docking stations through the State of Iowa bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that said purchase
proceed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 101-h day of October 2011 .
