RESOLUTION NO. 2011-984
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT
SERVICES GROUP 2 FOR THE HAZARD MITIGATION
GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY ACQUISITION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Planner of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the Asbestos Abatement Services Group 2 for the
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Property Acquisition Project, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Planner did file said preliminary plans,

specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with the

Asbestos Abatement Services Group 2 for the Hazard Mitigation
Grant Program Property Acquisition Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2011-954 on September 26, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
10, 2011 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. in conjunction with the Asbestos Abatement
Services Group 2 for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Property
Acquisition Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of October 2011 .
