RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
BID OPENING IN CONJUNTION WITH THE DEMOLITION
AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES (NO RACM) OF 820
AND 910 SYCAMORE STREETS, AND 1518 WEST 4TH
STREET, AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF
CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 23rd day of April for the
purpose of opening, awarding bids and acting upon the proposed
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the demolition and site clearance services, (No
RACM) of 820 and 910 Sycamore Streets, and 1518 West 4th Street.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2012 .
