RESOLUTION NO. 2012-337
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
VANDEWALLE & ASSOCIATES, INC. OF MADISON,
WISCONSIN FOR RIVERLOOP PUBLIC MARKET CO-OP
MARKETING EXPANSION PLAN AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 16, 2012, at a cost not to exceed
$23, 800 . 00, for implementation of services for the below listed
projects :
Element One: Marketing Plan and Expansion
Element Two: Development of Marketing Implementation Plan
by and between Vandewalle & Associates, Inc. of Madison,
Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 2012 .
