RESOLUTION NO. 2012-335
RESOLUTION APPROVING DESIGN AND PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INVISION ARCHITECTURE
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Design and Professional Service Agreement dated April
16, 2012, in an amount not to exceed $9, 500 . 00, for the Waterloo
City Clerk' s Office Remodeling Project, by and between Invision
Architecture of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2012 .
