RESOLUTION NO. 2012-332
RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE-YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH WATERLOO IMPLEMENT, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the One-Year Lease Agreement dated April 16, 2012, in the
amount of $6, 950 . 00 for a 72" deck mount mower and 20' rotary
cutter for the Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between Waterloo
Implement, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2012 .
