RESOLUTION RE-FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON THE PROPOSED FUNDING
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE FY2013 ONE-YEAR
ACTION PLAN FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT (CDBG) AND HOME PROGRAM FUNDS FOR THE
WATERLOO/CEDAR FALLS HOME CONSORTIUM, AS
APRIL 23, 2012, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN THE HAROLD E.
GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND
INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 23rd day of April 2012, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon proposed funding
recommendations for the FY 2013, One-Year Action Plan for CDBG
and HOME Program Funds for the Waterloo/Cedar Falls HOME
Consortium.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 2012 .
