RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM THOMAS
W. ABBAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
Thomas W. Abbas, to burn approximately . 5 acres of prairie grass
adjacent to the property at 2048 Grand Boulevard during March,
April, and May be, and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th da of April 2012 .
