RESOLUTION NO. 2012-319
RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
BID OPENING IN CONJUNTION THE FY 2012 ASPHALT
OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 818 AND
INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 23rd day of April for the
purpose of opening, awarding bids and acting upon the proposed
Preliminary, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the FY 2012 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract
No. 818 .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
