RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID, AWARD OF CONTRACTS
AND APPROVAL OF CONTRACTS, BONDS,
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE TO HOWARD R. GREEN
OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, TO PREPARE PHASE II
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance with
Howard R. Green, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in an amount, not to
exceed, $3, 217 . 00, in conjunction with Environmental Assessment
Services for the following properties: 212, 220, and 222
Jefferson Street (Cedar Valley Sports Plex Area) , be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April 2012 .
