RESOLUTION NO. 2012-313
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT
EXTENDING AGREEMENT FOR TWO (2) YEARS WITH
DENVER CONSTRUCTION INC. OF DENVER, IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Contract dated April 9, 2012, extending the
agreement for two (2) years from April 9, 2012 through April 9,
2014, for the Drop Site Recycling Collection and Disposal
Program, at a cost of $55. 89 per ton, by and between Denver
Construction Inc. of Denver, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April 2012 .
