RESOLUTION NO. 2012-308
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2012
STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO.
819.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed Engineer
of said City to prepare proposed
plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. ,
in conjunction with the FY 2012 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract No. 819, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in
conjunction with the FY 2012 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract No. 819, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution
No. 2012-249 on March 19, 2012, and
2012 .WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 9,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the FY 2012
Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 819, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April 2012 .
